Do you allow phones in treatment?
Yes, at Cornerstone, we allow phones in treatment after an initial blackout period. We understand the importance of staying connected with loved ones during the recovery process. However, we emphasize that phone use must not interfere with treatment activities or disrupt the healing process. Patients are expected to prioritize their recovery and actively engage in therapy sessions, group activities, and other scheduled programming. Phone use is permitted during designated free time, but we encourage patients to use this opportunity to focus on self-reflection, building relationships with peers, and practicing self-care. Our team will provide guidance on appropriate phone use to ensure a balanced and effective treatment experience.
