What happens if I fail a quiz or test? | Yes, unless otherwise noted, any quiz or test requires a passing grade of 100%, but can be taken as many times as necessary to get 100%. |
What is the refund policy if I’m unable to complete the 40-hour online DUI class or if it’s not accepted by my jurisdiction? | It is your responsibility to ensure that what you are completing will be accepted by your jurisdiction. Cornerstone Healing Center has a no-refund policy upon completion of services. Accommodations will be made in the event of extreme circumstances. |
Are there any prerequisites or eligibility criteria for enrolling? | In almost all cases, the screening will be required before enrollment in any course. Proof of screening or court order will be required to enroll for courses. The only other requirement is that a secure, stable internet connection is required to complete any online coursework. |
