Why is Mental Support Essential for Parents & Caregivers?
Parents and caregivers often face a ton of challenges. Life can often feel overwhelming while you attempt to balance work and family responsibilities. Not to mention the emotional, physical, and mental demands of caring for children or loved ones. In some cases, a person may be coping with the stress of single parenthood or the aftermath of a divorce.
Connection is important to the human experience, and it’s common for people to experience feelings of isolation, anxiety, and burnout as they navigate these demanding roles. Not having the right mental health support or coping skills can add to this problem. That’s why our virtual program is here to help.
What is the cost of the program, and do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept all major insurances to make our program accessible and affordable for you. Some of the major insurance plans we work with include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Kaiser Permanente, Anthem, Health Net, Molina Healthcare, and Magellan Health. Additionally, we also accept Medicaid Arizona (AHCCCS). For specific details regarding costs and coverage, we recommend contacting us directly so that we can run a verification check and get you an accurate picture of what to expect.
What does aftercare support look like?
After the program ends, we don’t just leave you hanging. We offer ongoing individual therapy, support groups, and wellness coaching to keep you on track. Our team will check in with you regularly, and we can connect you with local resources and services if needed. We’re here to help you maintain your progress and tackle any new challenges that come your way.
How soon can I start the program after admission?
You can start the program almost immediately after admission. Once you’re admitted, we work quickly to get you set up and connected with our therapists and coaches, often within a few days. We’re committed to providing timely support so you can begin your journey to well-being as soon as possible.
