How We Can Help
Mental Health
Our online mental health program is designed for young adults, adults, and parents and caregivers across Arizona. Over 8 weeks, your clients will experience 9 hours of group therapy and weekly 1-on-1 sessions with a master’s level clinician, all from the comfort of their home.
We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help change negative thought patterns and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to improve emotional regulation and coping skills.
Substance Use
Our online addiction program is designed for adults and young adults across Arizona. They will participate in our 8-week program, which includes group therapy, weekly 1-on-1 sessions with a master’s level clinician, and more.
We view substance abuse as a symptom of a larger issue rather than the core problem. Our program focuses on addressing the underlying causes, offering a supportive path toward healing and long-term recovery.
Co-Occurring / Dual-Diagnosis
Through our online mental health program, your clients will have access to evidence-based therapies, support groups, and workshops that will help them manage their symptoms, build resilience, and work towards lasting change.
We use a combination of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help your client manage and reduce their co-occurring disorder symptoms.
