Cornerstone’s Operations Team works each day to ensure that our clients are safe, comfortable, and fully capable of focusing on their treatment. Each member of our operations team is professional and caring, always putting our clients’ needs first.
Director of CLINICAL OUTREACH
Sead began his recovery journey in August 2014. Shortly after, he started his career in the recovery field. Sead became a resident manager at a non-profit organization in the valley that helps hundreds of men and women daily. Sead then took his experience to Calvary Healing Center, where he continued his mission of helping others.
Veronica began her recovery journey in 2012; limited treatment centers and mental health resources were slim in Northern Arizona. After moving down to the valley, her career path changed from hospitality to healthcare. Veronica is driven to help those in recovery with love and compassion built from the recovery community and her hospitality upbringing. She hopes to lend a hand in the much-needed continuum of care for those suffering from Substance Use Disorder, Alcoholism, and Co-occurring disorders.
INPATIENT Operations Manager
Dayna thought she was coming to Arizona for just 30 days of treatment in April 2018 and has built her new life here. Dayna has been working in the recovery field since 2019, providing sober living and aftercare for those struggling with substance use disorders. She came on board with Cornerstone in 2021, hoping to learn and grow with us while being a part of making a difference in people’s lives.
OUTPATIENT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mariah has been sober since 2020 and with Cornerstone Healing Center since 2021. Starting as a housing technician, her passion for helping others grew. Moving into her new role, she hopes that her experience can benefit others. She is very passionate about seeing people transform through a spiritual experience.
DUI OPERATIONS MANAGER
Growing up in Phoenix, Az, Dane began his recovery journey in 2016 and moved into the treatment field in late 2017, working as a call representative. Since then, he has worked in various roles at an outpatient level, both in client care and business, before landing in operations with Cornerstone in 2020. With his belief that peace comes from within, he hopes to use his skill set to provide a structured and calm space to give those struggling with substance abuse the ability to grow and learn.
Cole was born and raised in sunny south Florida, only to start his life of recovery here in Scottsdale back in November 2018. Since then, he has traveled this road of helping others find recovery and began working at Cornerstone in January 2020. As an alumni of the program, he hopes to share and give back the love and understanding of life that Cornerstone once gave him.
Michael is a Phoenix native with over 4 years sober. Michael has worked in the recovery field with a passion for helping anyone seeking help! He has experience in multiplayer levels of care from Sober living, Behavioral Health Tech, contracted fitness instructor, case management, and now adding admissions to his resume. At Cornerstone Healing Center, Michael has been a part of the team and culture for over two years and is dedicated to straying and growing with this amazing team.
Tom grew up in Central New York but traded snow for sunshine and moved to Scottsdale, AZ, in 2017. After finding Cornerstone in April 2019 and beginning a life of recovery for himself, Tom has worked hard to help others discover their pathway to recovery. Starting in October 2020, Tom began working as the Navigator at Cornerstone, guiding clients through the formative first year of sobriety.
CHEF & Fitness Professional
Torry is a NASM certified personal trainer. He was born and raised in Phoenix Arizona and began his recovery journey at Cornerstone in August 2019. He also owns and operates a meal preparation company to help his client make better nutritional decisions. Torry got into the fitness industry because: “ Fitness has been instrumental in my life. It’s helped me find confidence, discipline, and a healthy outlet. All of which I lacked in my addiction. I want other to have that experience. I want to help people be the best version of themselves.”
