Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you recognize and change negative thought patterns that impact how you feel and act. By shifting these thoughts, you can improve your emotional well-being.

CBT is often used to treat issues like anxiety, depression, and substance use, giving you practical tools to handle tough situations. We integrate CBT into residential care because we know it works and helps our clients change their frame of mind and how they think about life.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) helps you find balance by combining acceptance with the desire to make positive changes. It’s especially helpful for managing emotions and improving relationships, offering support for conditions like borderline personality disorder. DBT gives you the tools to manage your emotions and relationships more mindfully. Our clients learn that negative thought patterns don’t have to define them or control their lives anymore.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy gives you a safe, private space to work through the deeper issues behind addiction. In one-on-one sessions, you can explore your feelings, triggers, and past experiences that may contribute to your struggles. We can cover topics that you would not feel comfortable sharing in the group setting. This personalized support helps you create strategies for recovery that are tailored to your unique journey. Here is where you get the focus and attention of our clinicians to understand yourself better and the things you need to heal to move forward.

Does Residential Rehab work?

Yes, residential drug rehab can be highly effective. It provides a structured, supportive environment where you can focus fully on recovery. By addressing the underlying causes of addiction and teaching coping skills, residential treatment helps people achieve lasting sobriety and emotional well-being.

Our residential treatment program typically lasts between 30 and 90 days, depending on what feels right for you. We tailor the length of stay to your personal needs, making sure you get the time and support required to build a solid foundation for long-term recovery.

Residential treatment and inpatient programs are similar but differ in structure. In a residential program, clients stay at the facility and receive comprehensive treatment in a home-like environment. Inpatient programs often provide more intensive, hospital-like care, with a focus on immediate stabilization and medical monitoring.

Insurance coverage can vary, but many plans do cover residential treatment programs. We know navigating insurance can be tough, so our team is here to help verify your benefits and make sure you understand what’s covered, allowing you to focus fully on your recovery.

Our aftercare program is designed to help you stay connected and supported after treatment. We offer individual therapy, group sessions, and wellness activities, along with access to alumni programs and community events, so you have ongoing support as you continue your recovery journey.

Let's begin the journey together
