Our Scottsdale Residential programs, which are similar to inpatient, are designed to help you concentrate on recovery and maintain sobriety. In these programs, our clients find the space and support to recover.
Our Arizona Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Treatment programs are designed to allow you to receive care at the outpatient rehab center during scheduled hours of the week, preparing you for life after rehab.
Our aftercare programs, such as Navigation and Sober Companions, provide support to help you step back into life while having the support you need to continue in recovery. We will help you set goals and achieve them.

Addiction Rehabilitation Programs at Cornerstone
Our Scottsdale residential treatment center provides the highest level of care for addiction. Clients can enjoy our beautiful luxury residential center.
Partial Hospitalization provides our clients an immersive experience where clients build a solid foundation that promotes long-term recovery.
Intensive Outpatient clients attend our program part-time, 5 days a week. It is ideal for clients who have completed a residential and need continued support.
Outpatient drug rehab is our lowest level of care, with clients attending rehabilitation part-time, 3 days a week at our Scottsdale, Arizona facilities.
Navigation or Sober Coaching provides recovery support, guidance, and life skills to clients after they complete treatment, to help guide them in early recovery.

Clinical Director of Scottsdale Program
Eboni Fields, MS LPC, is a seasoned Clinical Director who brings over a decade of experience in behavioral health and substance abuse. She is a licensed professional counselor with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
Nate Bush, LCSW
Clinical Director of Phoenix Program
Nate began his recovery journey in 2010 and earned a Master’s in Social Work from ASU. He’s been in the Behavioral Health field since 2013. Specializing in CBT, DBT, and grief, Nate is now the Clinical Director of our Phoenix program, underlined by his passion for helping others who struggled with substance abuse issues as he did.

Arizona overall drug use continues to rise
Recent data from Arizona indicates a concerning trend in drug use, with 7.5% of adults reported to have used drugs in the past year. The state is witnessing an alarming increase in the usage of potent substances such as fentanyl, as well as cocaine, meth, and heroin. Particularly notable is the impact on the 25-34 age bracket, which represents a significant 32.8% of non-fatal opioid overdoses, highlighting the acute vulnerability of this demographic.1
This rise in substance abuse is fueled by various factors, from pandemic-induced stress and isolation to easy drug access and changing attitudes towards drug use, pointing to a deepening substance misuse issue in Arizona.
