Our holistic approach combines science and spirituality, focusing on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. With treatments that incorporate fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness, we support lasting recovery and a smooth transition to a balanced personal and professional life.
Who Our Executive Rehab is For
Executive rehab is for professionals who are struggling with a Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Executives often require unique addiction treatment because they must successfully navigate professional and personal responsibilities, like work and family, while undergoing treatment and preparing for a sober lifestyle — this is where an executive rehab can help.
While it isn’t realistic for everyone to put their life on hold for residential treatment, Cornerstone Healing Center created a plan considering your outside obligations. Our team works with you to prepare you for a sober life while planning the future of your career.

Our Rehab Therapies & Programs
Individual Therapy
We offer individual therapy for executives facing addiction and mental health. Individual therapy is arguably one of the most important and integral parts of the addiction treatment process. Individual therapy can produce amazing healing and growth for those facing significant physical, mental, and emotional challenges due to addiction.
Rebuilding Relationships
Family, friends, and relationships of all kinds suffer when you’re stuck in the cycle of addiction. You will learn essential relationship building techniques to help repair your relationships, build meaningful relationships, and maintain close connections.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is designed to help you recognize and shift negative thought patterns that affect your emotions and actions. By working on these thought processes, CBT can improve how you handle stress and difficult situations. This approach is especially helpful for managing anxiety, depression, and addiction, giving you practical tools to support a healthier mindset and emotional well-being.
Nutritional Planning
Addiction often disrupts healthy nutrition, creating a cycle that can fuel relapse. At our treatment facility, we provide nutrition therapy to support long-term recovery. With guidance from a nutrition professional, clients learn to make healthy food choices and create balanced weekly meal plans that support your health and well-being long-term.
Yoga & Stress Management
Yoga is an essential part of our recovery approach in our executive rehab program, offering many benefits for both mind and body wellness. Yoga can ease symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress, helping you feel more grounded. With regular practice, it strengthens your mind-body connection, reduces cravings, and helps you manage stress—empowering you to stay focused on your recovery journey.
Meditation & Reflection
Our meditation therapy, based on mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), helps you connect more deeply with your thoughts and emotions. MBSR reduces stress and anxiety, allowing you to approach your recovery journey with greater self-compassion. This practice can help you feel calmer, more focused, and better equipped to handle emotions in a balanced way.
Does executive rehab rehab work?
Yes. The flexibility offered by Cornerstone Healing Center, as well as our stress-reduction tactics drastically increase your chance at becoming sober and maintaining your sobriety.
What happens after my treatment is over?
After finishing our residential treatment program, you will continue the treatment process by stepping down to another level of care. This level of care could be partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, or our outpatient program. Don’t worry – we will take care of you every step of the way!
What is the difference between residential and inpatient treatment?
Residential treatment and inpatient treatment both offer care for mental health or addiction issues, but they differ in setting and intensity.
Residential treatment occurs in a home-like environment and is suited for longer stays, focusing on therapy and community support. It also offers a more relaxed atmosphere for extended support, inpatient treatment involves close medical monitoring and is designed for quick and intense intervention.
Inpatient treatment, on the other hand, is provided in a more clinical, hospital-like setting for short-term, intensive care to stabilize acute conditions.
