Our Arizona residential treatment center works hard to lead women through addiction with even greater sensitivity to the specific stresses, emotional strains, and traumas that are unique to women.
At Cornerstone, the women connect, heal and grow through evidence-based therapies combined with trauma-informed care, right down to other holistic practices in yoga and nutrition. Each woman receives a personalized treatment plan that supports her physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Partial Hospitalization
Our Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for substance abuse deliver an all-encompassing and organized path to recovery. Running five days a week for six hours each day, our PHP offers intensive daytime treatment that encompasses therapy, group sessions, and holistic practices. PHP fosters accountability and motivates participants to implement the strategies you’ve learned in everyday scenarios.
Intensive & Standard Outpatient
Our robust set of intensive and regular outpatient programs cover multiple situations and needs. Whether you need a 5-day-a-week program, or something less intensive, Cornerstone has you covered. We also offer a virtual program that allows you to get the care you need from the comfort of your home.
Mental Health
Our behavioral health center offers personalized in our women’s residential treatment is designed to help you heal in a safe, supportive environment. We also treat co-occurring disorders to provide comprehensive care for both mental health and substance abuse. For added flexibility, our intensive outpatient program (IOP) for mental health allows you to receive the same dedicated care from the comfort of home.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a key part of our residential treatment for women, offering a supportive approach to help you recognize and change thought patterns that affect your emotions and actions. Will my insurance cover women’s residential treatment?
Most likely, yes. You will need to pay an initial deductible as specified by your insurance plan.

Are cell-phones allowed?
At Cornerstone we have a 7-day blackout period just to make sure that you have undivided attention on the start of your recovery process. You will not have access to your cell phone or any other personal devices at that time. However, after the 7-day blackout period you will have access to your phone and you will be able to use it during certain times of the day.

What happens after my treatment is over?
After finishing our residential treatment program, you will continue the treatment process by stepping down to another level of care. This level of care could be partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, or our outpatient program. Don’t worry – we will take care of you every step of the way!
