Job Description
The Screening Administrator is primarily responsible for providing DUI services provided by Cornerstone Healing Center. This includes performing alcohol and drug screenings with clients as well as administration relating to online coursework. This position may require additional shift work in the event of an emergency or disaster.
The Screening Administrator reports to the Virtual Services Director.

Founded in 2017 by Estil Wallace, we started off as a small residential treatment center and have grown to now offer 8 different addiction and mental health programs, each with customizable treatment plans.
Our clients stay with us as long as needed, with support continuing for up to a year through our navigation program. We provide thorough evaluations to ensure each person gets the care that’s right for them, setting them up for the best chance at success.

Essential Job Functions
- Knowledge of standards for security, ethics, confidentiality, rules of conduct and professionalism.
- Performing DUI screenings with clients.
- Ensuring proper documentation in CRM for lead tracking.
- Documentation and reporting of client services to relevant agencies outside Cornerstone (court/MVD/attorney, etc)
- Managing client registration and completion in LMS system.
- Upkeep and editing course material as directed.
- Technical support of online services, as needed.
- Resolving client issues and concerns.
- Answer DUI related calls and questions
- Attend to other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
License/Certification Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License & Car Insurance
Required Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Master’s Degree and Licensed in AZ in a field related to Behavioral Health, this includes: MC, MSW, LMFT, LASAC, PhD. Or Licensed Professional health care provider.
- Preferably should have at least 1 year clean/sober of any mood/mind altering substances if self-reporting they are in recovery and have knowledge of 12 Step Recovery.
- Must have experience using technology ie, computer, phone, Office, CRM, and other necessary tools.
- Must be able to perform basic cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs, navigate stairs and utilize basic home maintenance tools and equipment.
- CPR/First Aid
- HIPAA/Confidentiality Training
Pay & Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
