Our dedicated medical director, Dr. Faz Yar Kahn, earned his medical degree from the Medical University of the Americas in Nevis, West Indies. Following this, he embarked on his clinical training journey in the United States. He further honed his expertise by completing his internship and internal medicine residency at the Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Kahn is particularly passionate about outpatient primary care and hospitalist medicine, with a focus on critical care and the field of addiction medicine, reflecting his commitment to addressing the complex healthcare needs of the community.
Dr. Kahn’s ACLS certification demonstrates his preparedness for urgent medical scenarios. His insightful leadership and profound medical knowledge consistently steer our team toward delivering the best substance abuse treatment.
