Empowering Adults: Our programs are designed to provide adults with an effective treatment journey. We understand how complex life can be. Wether you’re single, in a relationship, married, or a parent, we can help you find balance. A huge focus of our curriculum is to teach you how to dig deep and heal the roots of addiction. Moving beyond addiction, we focus on self-actualization, rebuilding relationships, and finding balance. We help you build a life that you can be proud of.

Guiding Young Adults: The transition into adulthood brings a unique set of challenges and opportunities. Young adults face an ever changing world, a lot of uncertainty, and what’s more is that many young adults don’t know what they want or how to get what they want out of life. We focus on self-actualization for young adults, meaning that once the work is done to determine the root causes of addiction, we move on to helping young adults figure out what they want out of life and how to go about making it happen.

Personalized Care: In these one-on-one video sessions, our clients can work closely with a therapist to address their past and their drug or alcohol use. This personalized approach can provide self-awareness and understanding. Our therapists then work to build a recovery path that works for your specific history, personality, and diagnosis.
Confidentiality: A big concern for many who decide to go into treatment is how the outside world will view them. While group therapy is an essential part of the recovery process, there are some things that we know our clients aren’t comfortable speaking about in a group setting. Individual therapy gives you the chance to discuss these things knowing that you’re safe to do so, and you will have a dedicated therapist who’s got your back.
![online group therapy meetings for addiction](https://cornerstonehealingcenter.com/wp-content/uploads/online-group-meetings-1024x681.webp)
Community and Connection: Group therapy sessions are a cornerstone of our VIOP, designed to foster community and shared experience among participants. These sessions allow individuals to connect with others navigating similar paths, offering mutual support and understanding
Diverse Perspectives: Group therapy exposes various perspectives and experiences, enriching the therapeutic process. This diversity encourages empathy, broadens understanding, and helps participants learn new coping methods from their peers.

Strengthening Support Systems: Addiction is a family disease and even though one person suffers from the disease, it creates a ripple effect that touches even beyond immediate family. Family therapy is an essential tool in the recovery process because the aim is for family member’s to address how they’ve been impacted by a loved one’s substance abuse. Another huge focus is for family and loved ones to get an understanding of addiction as a disease, how to let go of resentment, how to hold boundaries, and how to offer healthy support. These sessions help repair and strengthen relationships, improve communication skills, and build a solid support system critical for long-term recovery.
Holistic Healing: By addressing the impact of addiction on the family and facilitating healing within these relationships, family therapy supports the holistic recovery of the participant, ensuring that the family unit moves forward together on a path of healing and understanding.
