What to Expect in VIOP

Our VIOP clients engage in a structured treatment plan that includes individual, group, and family therapy sessions. We utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients develop coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and relapse prevention techniques. In addition to therapy, clients participate in psychoeducational groups and life skills workshops designed to enhance their understanding of addiction and mental health while also building practical skills for daily living. The virtual nature of our program allows clients to receive intensive treatment while still being able to manage work, school, or family obligations. Our flexible scheduling ensures you can get the support you need without putting your life on hold.
